Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, phhoy may forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where applicable, winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Balance will generally be returned to the Player following completion of any investigation and fulfilment of applicable KYC requirements, except where forfeiture is required by law.
You may close your phhoy account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
